Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and EPARAF Teknoloji ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (MERSİS: 0336133551200001, address: 7 Eylül Yolu Caddesi No:35 İç Kapı No:301 Turgutlu / Manisa) (“Ben Geldim”, “we”), the provider of the Ben Geldim mobile app (the “App”). You accept these Terms by ticking “I have read and accept the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines” at sign-up. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. Your date of birth is checked at sign-up; giving a false date of birth leads to a permanent ban.
• Your registration details (name, date of birth, gender) must be accurate and your own.
• One account per person. If we have banned you before, you may not create a new account.
• People convicted of a sexual offence may not use the App.

3. The service

Each user gets a customisable virtual door. Users are matched anonymously by door; if the door owner accepts a knock, a time-limited one-to-one video call starts. After a call, users can send a door (friend) request; if it is accepted they become friends and can exchange text messages. Names, usernames, gender and images are not shown before a match. Video calls are peer-to-peer and encrypted and are never recorded by Ben Geldim.

4. Your account

Login uses a one-time code sent to your e-mail or phone. Do not share your codes. You are responsible for activity on your account. Report unauthorised use to iletisim@eparaf.com.

5. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on video calls, in messages, in usernames and in any other interaction:

• Nudity and sexual content: appearing nude or partially nude, exposing genitals, sexual acts, sexually explicit gestures or talk, sexual solicitation.
• Minors: any person under 18 taking part in or appearing on a call; any content or conduct constituting child sexual abuse or exploitation (reported to the authorities).
• Harassment and bullying: insults, threats, stalking, blackmail, humiliation.
• Hate speech: attacks or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Violence: showing or inciting violence, self-harm content, brandishing weapons.
• Recording and doxxing: recording, screenshotting or sharing another user's image or voice without consent; sharing other people's personal information.
• Spam and scams: advertising, redirecting to other platforms, offering paid or sexual services, asking for money, impersonation, bots or automation.
• Illegal content: drugs, gambling and anything else unlawful in the Republic of Türkiye.

6. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• Report: Use Report on the video call screen or in a chat and pick a reason (nudity/sexual content, harassment, hate speech, underage user, spam/scam, violence, other). Reporting ends the call immediately and you will not be matched with that user again.
• Block: Block a user from a call or chat. A blocked user cannot knock on your door, send you requests or messages, or be matched with you. Manage blocks in Profile → Settings → Blocked users.
• Review time: Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours; underage and nudity reports are prioritised.
• Enforcement: Depending on severity: warning, content removal, temporary suspension or permanent ban. Nudity/sexual content, content involving minors, severe harassment and threats lead to a permanent ban on the first offence. Banned users cannot re-register with the same e-mail or phone. You may appeal at iletisim@eparaf.com.
• Authorities: We report potentially criminal content and conduct, in particular child exploitation, to the competent authorities as required by law.
• We may remove any content and terminate any account that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Premium subscriptions

• Premium Plus (TRY 99 / month) and Premium Pro (TRY 199 / month) are auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices shown are for the Turkish storefront, include taxes and are displayed in the App before purchase; other storefronts may show local prices.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Ben Geldim account does not cancel a subscription.
• After cancellation, Premium features remain until the end of the paid period. Door parts not included in your plan then fall back to the defaults; your saved selection is kept and returns if you subscribe again.
• Plus and Pro are in the same subscription group; upgrades and downgrades are prorated by the store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Licence and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The App, door/mat/knocker designs, logos and trademarks belong to Ben Geldim or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or circumvent security of the App. You own the messages you send; we process them only to provide the service, handle reports and meet legal obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee other users' identity, statements or behaviour. Be careful when meeting new people and do not share your address or financial details. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. In an emergency call 112.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the App and, where required, your renewed acceptance is requested.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence. Otherwise the courts and enforcement offices of Turgutlu, Manisa have jurisdiction.

13. Additional terms for the Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, together with the following:

• These Terms are concluded between you and Ben Geldim only, not with Apple. Ben Geldim, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• The licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Ben Geldim, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance and consumer protection claims.
• Ben Geldim, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
